Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C/430°F (or 200°C for fan-forced).
  2. Slice the English muffins in half to create mini pizza bases.
  3. Spread approximately ¼ cup of pizza sauce evenly on the cut side of each muffin half.
  4. Take 2-3 string cheese sticks and pull them apart into long, thin strips. Lay these strips over the sauced muffins.
  5. Place 8 olive slices into the gap at the top of the cheese strips to serve as the eyes.
  6. Bake for about 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let your mini mummies cool for a minute or two before serving.
