  • 12 oz Mini Mozzarella Balls Fresh mozzarella packed in water
  • Silicone Skull Mold Ensure it's heat-safe

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), positioning the rack in the middle.
  2. Pat the mini mozzarella balls dry with a paper towel to eliminate excess moisture.
  3. Carefully fill the silicone skull mold with the dried mozzarella balls, pressing them gently into each cavity.
  4. Bake the filled mold in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove the mold from the oven and let it sit for a minute to cool slightly before shaping the skulls.
  6. Chill the molded mozzarella skulls in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set.
  7. Gently unmold the cheese skulls by flipping the mold upside down and tapping it lightly.
  8. Transfer the mozzarella cheese skulls to a serving platter and serve with optional balsamic glaze or herbs.
