- Pat the mini mozzarella balls dry with a paper towel to eliminate excess moisture.
- Carefully fill the silicone skull mold with the dried mozzarella balls, pressing them gently into each cavity.
- Bake the filled mold in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the mold from the oven and let it sit for a minute to cool slightly before shaping the skulls.
- Chill the molded mozzarella skulls in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set.
- Gently unmold the cheese skulls by flipping the mold upside down and tapping it lightly.
- Transfer the mozzarella cheese skulls to a serving platter and serve with optional balsamic glaze or herbs.
