- Mince garlic, cilantro, and parsley finely. In a mixing bowl, combine with olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 415°F (213°C). Season steaks with salt and pepper generously.
- Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over high heat until shimmering. Sear the steaks for 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to preheated oven and bake according to desired doneness. Check the internal temperature with a digital meat thermometer.
