Cooking Instructions
- Cook the noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 4-7 minutes. Drain and toss with vegetable oil.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add bite-sized chicken pieces in a single layer. Stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir quickly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, then pour in the soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch mixture. Toss to coat and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- Continue cooking to thicken the sauce, about 2-3 minutes, until glossy and clinging to noodles and chicken.
- If desired, add optional vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or lime wedges, and enjoy.
