Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cubed
For the Noodles
  • 8 oz Noodles rice noodles, egg noodles, or spaghetti
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce use tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp Honey or brown sugar for sweetness
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mix with water for sauce thickening
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or olive/sesame oil
For Optional Veggies
  • Vegetables e.g. bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, or carrots

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 4-7 minutes. Drain and toss with vegetable oil.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add bite-sized chicken pieces in a single layer. Stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir quickly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, then pour in the soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch mixture. Toss to coat and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Continue cooking to thicken the sauce, about 2-3 minutes, until glossy and clinging to noodles and chicken.
  7. If desired, add optional vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or lime wedges, and enjoy.

Notes

Prevent noodles from sticking by tossing with oil right after draining. Add garlic after chicken is cooked for the best flavor.
