  3. Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: Combine ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Layer the Ingredients: Spread a layer of meat sauce in the dish, place noodles, then layer ricotta mixture and mozzarella. Repeat two more times.
