Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat dry the chicken pieces with a paper towel. Toss chicken cubes with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cook the coated chicken pieces in a single layer for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat and sauté minced garlic in the skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar into the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Return crispy chicken to the skillet, gently toss in the sauce for 1-2 minutes until coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
