Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  2. Mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce in a bowl; pour half over the chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Rest the cooked chicken for 5 minutes then slice into thin strips.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the wraps with lettuce, sliced chicken, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro.
  7. Drizzle remaining sweet chili sauce over the fillings, then roll the tortilla tightly.
  8. Slice each wrap diagonally in half, serve with lime wedges on the side.
