- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and half of the sliced green onions.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing it evenly.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with remaining green onions, and serve with tortilla chips.
