Preparation Steps
- In a tall glass, combine 1½ cups of cold brew coffee, 1 tablespoon of coffee liqueur (if using), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir well until fully combined.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese, 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk, and an additional ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until thick and pourable.
- Gently spoon the tiramisu foam on top of the cold brew mixture, creating a layered look.
- Dust the foam with cocoa powder. Optionally, add chocolate shavings for decoration.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Foam may lose some texture but will still taste delicious. Cold brew can be frozen for up to 2 months without foam.
