Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Tortilla Pizza Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce evenly across the tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border.
  3. Sprinkle a hearty layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Add your choice of toppings evenly across the cheese layer.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and dried Italian herbs over the toppings.
  6. Tightly roll the tortilla starting from one edge and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Place the sliced rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
