  3. Add the finely chopped red onion, diced tomatoes, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro. Gently fold to combine without over-mixing, about 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper into the guacamole, adjusting to taste for a balanced flavor, about 1 minute.
  5. Shape the guacamole onto a serving platter into a brain-like figure, taking 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drizzle red food coloring over the guacamole to create 'veins', using just a few drops for the desired effect, about 1-2 minutes.
